Refund Policy
Expat Print offers a Seven (7) working days refund policy for items/orders that do not meet its customer’s expectations or are defective and after other channels do not meet client expectations which include a reprint or a credit to print a new order.
Please note that the request for a refund has to be reported within 3 working days after receipt of orders as Expat Print will not make a refund if an order has been delivered and no issue was raised within 3 working days after the order was received.
